CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Saint Ubud does not accept returns or provide refunds for a change of mind. We encourage customers to review the product description, measurements and size guide carefully before placing an order.
SIZE EXCHANGES
A size exchange may be requested within three calendar days of delivery and is subject to availability.
To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free from marks, fragrance or alterations
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in its original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE
Contact us at contact@saintubud.com or via WhatsApp at +62 8111 1825 705 within three calendar days of delivery.
Please provide:
- The order number
- The item and size received
- The replacement size requested
- The reason for the exchange
Please wait for confirmation and return instructions before sending the item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
EXCHANGE DELIVERY COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item for a size exchange. Any applicable delivery charge for the replacement item will be confirmed before the exchange is processed.
Original shipping costs, import duties, taxes and customs charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE PROCESSING
Returned items will be inspected after they are received. If approved, the replacement item will be prepared and dispatched, and confirmation will be provided.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options.
